The IEMS photovoltaic integrated energy station adopts an integrated container-type fully bolted assembly frame, made of high-strength aluminum-zinc coated steel plates or stainless steel. The internal support frame is hot-dip galvanized for permanent rust resistance, and the outer cabinet surface undergoes electrostatic anti-aging plastic spraying, featuring excellent rainproof, dustproof, salt-spray and corrosion-resistant performance, reaching IP54 outdoor protection grade.The cabinet is divided into four mutually independent sealed compartments by metal flame-retardant partitions: DC combiner & inverter compartment, step-up transformer compartment, high-voltage grid-connected switchgear compartment and intelligent monitoring control compartment. The separated layout isolates heat sources and arc faults, preventing cross-circuit failure expansion. Equipped with automatic temperature control ventilation, rain-proof louver and fire suppression devices inside, it adapts to long-term outdoor operation in plateau, coastal, desert and other harsh environments. All core equipment is fully pre-assembled and tested in the factory, with reserved hoisting and transportation interfaces for integral delivery.

DC Combiner & Inverter Module: Supports multi-string PV access, built-in anti-reverse charging, overcurrent and overvoltage protection, high-efficiency grid-tied inverters with low harmonic output.
Step-up Transformer Unit: Optional dry-type energy-saving transformer or low-loss oil-immersed transformer, boosting 0.4kV/0.69kV low-voltage AC to 12kV/35kV medium voltage for grid transmission.
High-Voltage Grid-connected Switchgear: Equipped with vacuum circuit breaker, earthing switch, surge arrester and metering CT/PT, complete five-prevention mechanical interlock to avoid misoperation.
IEMS Intelligent Energy Management Host (Core): Collects real-time data of PV power, power quality, equipment temperature, fault signals and grid parameters via RS485/ethernet communication.
