The outer cabin of PV smart substation adopts reinforced container-type fully bolted assembly frame without welding deformation, supporting integral hoisting, transportation and fast on-site installation. Multiple material options are available to match different application environments:
Standard aluminum-zinc coated steel plate: Sandblasted + heavy anti-corrosion electrostatic plastic spraying, UV aging resistant, suitable for inland photovoltaic power stations, service life over 20 years.
304/316 stainless steel plate: Excellent salt-spray corrosion resistance, specially customized for coastal, island and high-humidity new energy projects.
Composite sandwich panel cabin: Rock wool A-class fireproof insulation core, double-layer outer metal cladding, outstanding heat insulation and flame retardant performance.
The roof adopts double-layer herringbone slope design with slope ≥5°, effectively avoiding rainwater and snow accumulation; internal wall is equipped with integrated thermal insulation boards to reduce heat radiation in high-temperature areas. All door frames, cable openings and cabin splicing joints are fitted with EPDM waterproof and dustproof sealing strips, and the whole cabin reaches IP54 outdoor protection grade, realizing all-weather rainproof, dustproof, moisture-proof and animal-proof performance. The base uses hot-dip galvanized channel steel framework with strong load-bearing capacity, which can stably carry internal inverters, transformers and high-low voltage switchgear units.
The cabin interior is separated by flame-retardant metal partition plates into four mutually independent sealed functional compartments: DC inverter compartment, transformer compartment, high-voltage grid-connected switchgear compartment and intelligent monitoring control compartment. Independent ventilation and temperature control systems are configured for each compartment to avoid heat cross-interference between high-heat equipment and precision monitoring devices.
Heat dissipation system: Equipped with dust-proof rainproof louver air inlets, automatic temperature-controlled exhaust fans and optional industrial air conditioners; transformer compartment supports external radiator layout to enhance natural cooling efficiency.
Safety auxiliary configuration: Each compartment is equipped with LED maintenance lighting, smoke sensing fire detection, automatic gas fire suppression device, access control and door opening alarm system, reserved wiring channels for drainage and grounding protection.
Operation maintenance design: Large-size double maintenance doors with multi-point anti-theft lock, door limit structure to prevent wind damage; reserved observation windows for real-time viewing of equipment operating status without opening the cabin door.
The cabin overall structure passes professional wind resistance and seismic mechanical testing, fully meeting new energy outdoor operation standards:
Wind resistance: Standard design withstands maximum wind speed 35m/s; reinforced customized version supports 56m/s strong wind for coastal typhoon zones.
Seismic performance: Horizontal acceleration resistance ≤0.4m/s², vertical acceleration ≤0.2m/s², applicable for seismic zone construction.
Wide temperature adaptability: Internal thermal insulation structure ensures stable operation of electrical equipment under ambient temperature -25℃ ~ +40℃.
Anti-corrosion upgrade options: Heavy-duty zinc spraying + fluorocarbon paint surface treatment for chemical parks, saline-alkali land and mining areas, effectively resisting acid, alkali and corrosive gas erosion.
The cabin can be customized in various colors to coordinate with the surrounding landscape of photovoltaic bases, agricultural complementary and fishery-light complementary power stations, realizing integrated environmental coordination.
