KYN61-40.5 armored removable switchgear adopts a modular compartmentalized structure, divided into four independent sealed compartments: busbar compartment, circuit breaker compartment, cable compartment and relay instrument compartment. The fully isolated structural design effectively prevents fault expansion and phase-to-phase interference, ensuring stable and safe system operation. The whole cabinet is assembled with high-strength aluzinc-coated steel plates, featuring high structural rigidity, precise dimensional matching and excellent interchangeability.

1. Core Internal Components

The switchgear supports flexible configuration of mainstream high-voltage components to meet diverse project demands, including: ZN85-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker, SF6 circuit breaker, earthing switch, insulated busbar, current transformers (CT), voltage transformers (VT), high-voltage live display devices, and complete electrical & mechanical interlock components. All core parts are professionally installed and calibrated to guarantee stable switching performance and long service life.

2. Cabinet Structure & Movable Handcart Design

The equipment adopts a removable handcart-type structure with flexible push-pull operation and high interchangeability. The handcart operates smoothly with accurate positioning, facilitating convenient on-site installation, inspection and maintenance. The cabinet body adopts bending and bolted assembly technology without welding deformation, realizing high overall flatness and structural stability. Independent compartment layout isolates live parts effectively, greatly reducing maintenance risks.

3. Safety Interlock Mechanism

KYN61-40.5 switchgear is equipped with a complete five-prevention interlock system integrating mechanical and electrical dual protection, realizing foolproof operation and eliminating misoperation hazards:

1. The circuit breaker can only be closed in the test position or working position;

2. Once the circuit breaker is closed, the handcart is mechanically locked and cannot be moved;

3. The cabinet door can only be opened after the earthing switch is closed;

4. The earthing switch is prohibited from closing when the busbar or cable compartment is live;

5. Live compartments are equipped with locking protection to prevent accidental entry and misoperation, ensuring full operational safety.
